What is included

• PDF viewing, page navigation and zoom.
• Pen, text notes, stamps, images, comments and reusable signatures.
• OCR and searchable PDF export.
• Forms and XFDF form-data round-trip.
• Secure redaction, watermarking and PDF comparison.
• Merge, create and document conversion workflows.
• Offline device-bound commercial licensing.

Known limits for this release

• Password-protected PDFs are identified and rejected with an explicit unsupported message; password entry is not implemented.
• Office conversion is optional and requires LibreOffice. It was not part of the current Ubuntu acceptance host because LibreOffice was not installed.
• Stylus/tablet testing was not run on the acceptance notebook because no stylus hardware was attached.
• This release page does not claim support for other Linux distributions, Windows, macOS or non-x86_64 architectures.

Install command

After installation, launch NeoReader from the application menu.
